Will lost gains come back on fast on new cycle?

Remember when you are training, you might not have gains you can see in the form of your muscles being massive, but your bones are thickening, and your body is preparing a monster-esque frame for later. . . .assuming you keep training like hulk

i wasn't trying to attack you either but you have to look at how you phrase your question before you write it... i don't know what anyone goes through in their personal lives, i just try to help and answer questions as accurately as possible... i do know one thing... i used to party 5 nights a week... i did drugs, i drank, i stayed up all night long, but you know what, no matter that, depression, wtfever was going on in my life, my a$$ got up every day (sleep or no sleep) and went to the f'ng gym and busted my a$$... i mean, some days, i would puke after cardio and still go hard at my lifting, just from all the partying... point being, it doesn't matter what is going on in your life, the gym is always there for you and you should always go to it, depressed, messed up, whatever the case... now, you have a choice... i think by what your saying, you really want to make some good gains and it sounds like your heart is in the right direction... so bust your a$$ and you will get your gains back... if you made the gains once, you can do it again... do it natty for about 3 months and see where your at... if your getting a lot of gains back, hit your cycle up, if no, go until you've gotten back some of what you had before... good luck man...

I am trainin like the hulk, I haven't lost any strength since my cycle and my last jab was 21 weeks ago. I have already gained back some of the weight I lost.

By the way Steve I'm not 21 I'm 25 and I don't have to worry about college , gf/bfs etc as I'm married and have two kids.
I have gained naturally and got to a point were things slowed down. I'm not one of these dudes that do a cycle then start another 8 weeks after last one. I take my time between cycles because I don't want to on all the time. I do them when I feel I need too.

The reason I started this thread was because the guys in the gym tellin me when you go back on you get back any gains you lost from a previous cycle back in a few weeks then you will gain some more too. I just want to know if this is the case

^^^ well a good rule of thumb i learned years ago from a former marine/ironman is when you take time away it usually takes half as long to get back to where you were.

so if you took 6 months off, then it will take 3 months of killing it to get back to where you were. of course there are variables and no one can give you an exact answer but that is a good approximation IMO. who am i to disagree with a guy like that though.. he was 62 years old when i would train with him and he would rip off 45 pullups in a row after we would run 7 miles. he was a beast

By the way Dylangemelli if you read my first post you would see it clearly said my training stayed good throughout it was just my diet got crap.

I am extremely dedicated, since I started training I haven't missed one single session. If I can't get one day I'll do it on a off day. I have never missed a muscle group any week. I go to the gym when I'm sick, hungover, depressed whatever, I've even been when I had the shits all day and it's a 25 min drive to the gym is that dedicated enough for you?

I see it over and over again on these forms people not reading the posts properly and flaming guys about things they weren't even doing wrong.

Only problem I had was diet that's it. It's back on track now.

no actually the problem is actually people like you... you come here wanting help and you have all kinds of good people that take time out of their day to offer advice and help people out... then your a prick about it if you get any type of criticism... your question is so self explanatory... yet we still tried to help you... steve told you already and so did i, you train natty until you start to see some gains come back then go for a new cycle... your not going to get all your gains back in two weeks okay... and to even think that is absolutely ridiculous... if you can't take criticism don't post questions! we were just trying to help you... to me, there's no excuse to let your diet go bad, but it happens, so now you just need to fix it, which it sounds like you will... don't expect your gains to come back in two weeks but if you bust your a$$ you will get them back soon enough... you did it once, you can do it again...
