Will Deca increase blood pressure

Just got back from the doctor and my blood pressure is up to 140/100. Normal for me is 140/90, he seemed a little concerned.
am in the middle of a deca only cycle 400 mg/wk.
my stats are 44 yr old 5'10" 230 lbs around 15% bf. it's my first cycle.

Any thoughts, he wants me to come back in a week to re-check.
