Will Cardio hurt my gains?

I'm on Test E for a 10 week cycle. I am eating healty,but if I do cardio like three or four times a week will that deminish some of my possible gains or just drain some of my retained water weight? any help is greatly appreciated thank you
 
no-- will help overall--just do not do multiple hours every day. do a bit to warm up and a bit to cool down.
 
Just to add to what was said above, it depends on the type and duration of cardio. Most of the studies I have seen (and based on my experience) cardio should be limited to 30-35 minutes at a heart rate approximately 60% of your max. Muscle gains will decrease if you generally exceed 45 minutes.

I was thinking the same thing. I am 3 weeks into a 12 week test-e cycle myself (500mg per week) and am doing two lots of 35 min cardio sessions at present. Nothing huge but enough to maintain a good fitness level.

By the way, I have put on exactly 14 lbs since starting the test-e but would wager almost all is water as my strength hasn't noticeably improved at all yet. I am also running an anti-estrogen (Arimidex).
 
If you normally do cardio then doing cardio for the same duration on cycle should be ok. Unless you have changed your goals and want to blow up, then cardio is fine.

It really just depends on your goals.
