Alright, So, yeah, I understand I am/was fat.

THIS WAS 39 DAYS OF THIS STACK!!!

But prior to this before pic I was 90 pounds heavier....Which I dieted and lost naturally no weight loss pills etc.... And then I was having a rough time losing more weight.

So then I decided to get some help and needto generously let me log his N2Burn stack (N2Shred). (Formally known as Liposhred stack)

I have some before and afters of my back id like to show you here. I think you can tell a difference.

To make this clear if your not getting what im saying. The before pic is the day I took my first pills, the after pic is the day of my last pills. (today)

I actually still have some N2Flame left, a decent amount actually, but im out of the stim. I decided to do 2 of each am afternoon and pm...

Results.... I am very happy with. I did start a stricter diet...and I did some cardio in the beginning etc, but then just stuck to the diet. I got really busy and cardio wasnt much an option for a while. But I did do some pullups/situps/pushups everyday or so.

I hope you can all see that I did lose a good amount of weight. Diet change was mediocre, I did start a healthier diet, and did do some cardio, but all in all I didnt change too much of what I was doing.

Here is the before picture, the day I took my first pills.

Great Job bro, that's quite a transformation. I think if you hit the weights heavy you will get right where you want to be but, you are def Not a fatty bro. You're shoulders are wider than your hips and you can see where it tapers in. Theres some noticeable upper back definition too. GREAT JOB !!!!!
 
Thank you guys! I actually have been workin on my arms lately, and bulkin up a little bit. Going to have to start cutting again after I bulk a little.

This has seriously been a big lifechage for me. The stack was great!!! Never been so blown away by something like it. I tried a bunch of other crap before I got to EF and nothin really helped me much. This stack gives you the want to work out feeling. It motivated me and it always kept me in a good mood. Was always super happy on it!

I really appreciate the feedback. I need the motivation to keep going now, I stopped for a bit after this and now am going to start lifting to get some more muscle goin on for me.
 
Way to go bro, and hell yeah i can see a difference , got the V shape now , good on yah , give yourself some credit , not just the supplements , u have to work hard to make them work !!
 
And u ever thought about trying a 5x5 program ?? def would give u strength and muscle mass bro , check them out for sure

I RARLEY use machines. in my op Free waights are the way to go.
for chest, arms legs all of it.
I use a bench with my dumbells most the time in place of the bar bell.
I HIGHLY rec you dont focus on machines too much, make them maybe 20% of your workout.
also DC typ trinning is nice. like the 5X5. .
i usually do 5-8 rep max and lift till i cant to anymore sets which is about 40min on bicepts for eg. i workout every other day and only hit each body part 1-2 times a week MAX.

just some tips ;-)
 
Don't use machines man , barbell and dumbbells all the way mang !! Machines are alright after ur already tired from weights but that's it

OMG I MISS YOU!

Anyways haha, Im not that experienced when it comes to lifting because my height gives me some trouble, so Im hoping machines will help me gain some muscle. Along with dumbbells.

Problem is I have back issues, and when I bench going up and down so far since I have long arms is a pin and I have panic issues of giving out, because my arms gave out once before.
 
Or u know the squat bars , how they have the bars to make sure ur safe ? Bench using the protectors man , no way u can drop it then dude
 
I guess your right. I might end up doing free weights whats I feel like im ready to go back to them. I feel like Im too weak right now and would be embarrassed only throwing a little bit of weight on the bar haha.

What kind of a workout are you doing? If you are bulking there are many supplements to try. I recommend pre workout powerchews for motivation and stamina! I love their entire line.

Hopefully after I get done with it I will start to get to the gym.

Honestly man. I am a tech/graphics guy, so I cant go workout much, which is why im going to be buying a gym membership soon. All I can really do right now is hammer curls dips pushups and pullups with some lunges.

I try and do those every so often, but Im really busy with work. I figure If I get an anytime fitness pass, I could go around 11 pm or so when nobody is there, and workout.

But id also like to add, that ive gained some mass since this run of n2shred stack and im actually looking to start cutting again, but gaining some Lean Muscle while doing so.

Basically Im looking for the results that test e tbol and anavar would give me, but I guess not until im done with losing some more fat and cutting down here again while on this prami and forma atm.

Waiting for my aromasin and prami which will also aid in getting rid of this fatty chest soft nip crap.

What machines would you guys suggest for triceps?
 
Well that's only one for machine I use, u would really benefit from doing a 5x5 routine man , it would hit ur triceps and ur biceps just from doing all the compound movements , and don't worry what others think , the guy who made it suggests to just Start with the bar , stronglifts.com
 
wilcox.. good job and congrats..

i wouldn't put you on the 5x5.. it's pretty brutal, and you need to do something that will continue you on your journey.. with that said..

I'd do a hiit program

there are so many ways to do it, but basically

you will do sets and reps that allow you to do 24 reps x 5 sets.. 5 exercises per large body part.. like the back..

the recovery hr for you to begin your sets will be 125.. that is once your heart rate hits 125 you begin your next set which you should hit about 160 at the end of the set, if you are not, you are not using enough weight..

No set is done to failure.. you should be spent and your upper hrt rate should be in the 155-164...

1 hour of training like this no more

then 30 minutes of cardio - treadmill at 115--120 max heart rate...

without touching your diet this type of training will not build muscle or strength, it will do body recomp.. do this for 4-6 weeks, then a 5x5 will do you some great muscle strength and you'll be very successful in that type of training..
 
what can you expect from this type of training??

a 200-300 negative caloric exertion, that is if you do nothing but consume a maintenance amount of calories you will lose 1-2 lbs of fat per week..

hope that is clear and not too confusing..
 
From the sounds of it. Sounds like you didnt have a "Hardcore Diet" or training regimen. For the results you got that is awesome!

Keep up the good work man! hit the weights hard, sleep good and the toughest of all, try to avoid pizzas/fast foods.

Soda is my toughest battle.
 
Spy, So could you recommend me the machines I should use for the main big excersizes? Rather than free weights for now.

Also, what kind of heart monitor would you recommend? Im on a low budget right now, but if its important to get a higher quality one I would definitely consider waiting until my next paycheck.

Finally someone touched on diet.

This is where the results are buddy. The gym is maybe 10% of the total equation. Get with Nate and get that diet on point. Excuses as to why you can't make time for the gym is one thing, diet is another.

Just curious to know how much u lost while on the N2shred stack?

I recently did a combustion+shift stack for 8 weeks and lost 15 pounds. Considering Alpha t-2 next time but I must say im very impressed with the results from your cycle of N2-shred!

My guess is around 20 pounds?

Honestly at the time I was extremely low on cash (Was evicted a month later) so I did not have a scale unfortunately.

Now Im living much better and am on a new weight loss journey :) WITH A SCALE! haha

I actually have been working out since the stack and have bulked up a bit, now I need to lose some more fat again.

SHOUTS TO BREN :D and thank you so much to everone who has commented! I appreciate it very much and it encourages me to drive further.

well done bro thats fantastic progress! you've got a good base under there to start pumping some serious weights! I know this might sound backwords but ive always been slightly jelous of 'bigger' people. Usually when you carry around a decent amount of fat your muscles have to adapt and grow underneath so when you peel back the wrapper theres an awesome base waiting. Ive come up from 125lbs to 170 so i feel ya when you say this is a lifechanging thing for ya. power to ya bro!

Yes it was almost N2Shred. No other products were used except for the N2burn, and N2flame. I actually didn't even get to use N2amp at the time, so it was only N2Burn and N2Flame.

I ate basically the same except I cut down to my maintenence calories if not a few days left. I cheated a little bit but still got results.

I never went to the gym, I basically kept it inside the house as I had no resources at the time to get to a gym.

I dosed it as it said on the bottle. Cant quite remember what that was, but if you read the bottles I just go with those, as I trust Needtos judgment on that.

Still curious to know how much wilcox actually lost. From the pics, it seems as though he lost near 20-25lbs I reckon.

Also Wilcox what exercises did u do at home?
 
Lets just say I attempted to do P90x for about 5-7 days. All the cardio fighting one, and Stopped that, since I had to be on my computer a lot, and my videos were on the computer.

Then I basically did some pullups, situps, and curls. I had a pullup bar so once in a while I would do some dips on it when I put the bar on the ground. I would do these workouts once a day sometimes 3 times a day sometimes not at all. Depended what I felt like that day. I ended getting a benchpress like the last week or week and a half, as a gift from somebody, (Just a cheap golds gym one from wal mart) and did some incline benching because my chest is fattier than most.

I was very unorganized. I do regret being unorganized as I feel like I owe needto more effort with his product than I had given him.

:D I try.

Well I ate chicken, broccoli, brown rice, a ton of beans. I cheated once and a while and had some chinese food. Also had some dominos pizza once in a while. Then I had some sweets once in a while along with the occasional chips......once in a while :P

I really strung that out to sound like I tried to eat healthy. Truthfully though, my diet wasnt on point as it could have been.
 
I think im going to run some test, katanadrol, and transaderm for a cycle soon.


lol...i actually started my n2 shred stack today.

I was thinking i'd do a helladrol + kantanadrol + transaderm cycle in the near future (perhaps january/february)

How soon u thinking of running that cycle? Whats ur current stats?
 
So hoping in 8 weeks or so to start cutting up again. Any suggestions? I would love to hear what you guys got. I am definitely going to be using this stack again though. Shit was insane.
 
Been woking out 4 times a week Im 57 yers old . Ive lost 31 lbs the last 3 mounths and gained muscle . I cant do what I use to do when I was 20 but trying real hard to keep going
