do legs hurt so much I work other muscle groups just as hard actually harder and they never hurt as much as legs. I am walking funny today tomorrow is going to be great. :rolleyes:
 
because you have to walk on them.lol I used to be the same way but since a started the 5x5 I do my squats and dont feel a think the next day.add 5-10lbs the next time and still
dont feel a think the next day.I am loving this.

:p I did roman deads with 65 db x 8-10 my bum hurts too but my hams don't neither do my calves.

when my calves get really tight, I have to walk on my tippy toes. I wear heels on those days. :worried:

what kind of poundage you work with bor?
and QT, what does your leg day look like?
 
aweee.. wednesday and thrusday are my leg day.... i literally trudge when I go to the gym knowing I need to do those muscle :(

Leg press

Leg exention
50 x 12 x 2 slow negative 5 count

Hammer strength butt blast thingy at my never seen it any where else
180 x 10 x 3

Roman DB DL

Seated calf press
