Why the hell does my piss smell

Ok I've got a bit of a concern here. Does Fina make anyone else's piss smell like a fuckin sewer or is this just me. Is this because I'm not getting enough water because I'm drinking at least a gallon a day if not more. I'm taking my ALA and cranberry extract. I know it's the fina because it started when I started it. Damn I hope my insides aren't fuckin rotting away.

From my experience you need to up your water intake. I would use the color/smell of my piss as a gauge as to how much water I need. If it smelled bas and was dark I would up the water intake and be fine. You need to keep your kidneys flushed as much as possible. IMO 1 gallon a day isn't enough.

Fina will turn my piss darker if I am not drinking enough water. Will smell too. Upping water intake should take care of it

If your urine smells you are definelty not drinking enough water----even if you are drinking a gallon--if it still smells and obviously it smells bad then you must up water intake or you will dehydrate

I started taking a gram of ALA and a gram of B6 in the morning a few hours later I piss some dark yellow and it smells like a skunk. Later on in the day as my water intake increases the color and smell goes away.

So I say its the ALA and not the fina.
