Just to give you the lay-of-the-land; Chat and Conversation (referred to as C&C) is the least serious of all the forums and is mostly a bunch of guys (and some brave gals) busting balls.

Anything posted here is subject to ridicule but in mostly a harmless way. Some never let up (you've already found a couple) and some will roast you only to follow up with, "but we love you."

If you're in the right spirit, it can be a lot of fun.

People hate me on here for a reason, but I'm sure I'm impressive, I mean I get told 100x's a day I'm impressive. Let's compare workouts, diets, and training philosophy, then maybe I'll show you my most impressive attribute. You wanna be on team SB, it has to be earned, although I will say from your pic, I'm slightly impressed, you are a beautiful women, but time will tell if you are an average EF sheep or a women who can think for herself.:rose:
