Why is this happening?!

I cannot shoot into my right quad anymore for some reason... I stick it, and it will not plunge. I try over and over again around the quad and nothing. So i take it out and am able to go anywhere else with no problem at all.... Whats going on? Anyone?

It's gotta be scar tissue. I had a similiar experience myself this morning. Was doing a right quad shot and pin for some reason didn't want to go in. So I pushed harder and you could feel it sort of tear through the scar tissue. Then went easy a little and then again had to push it through more scar tissue. Now it hurts like hell! Give the quads a rest I think.

I have the same problem - sometimes getting the pin in, sometimes the oil, sometimes both.

I started heating the oil b4 shooting, and also use a heating pad (or space heater lol) to heat up the quad.

another thing you could try is going closer to the ham - I was always higher on the thigh so its virgin territory for me and I suspect most

Def. scar tish. Go to delts, glutes. Load with 18g, shoot with 25g X 1". Less invasive. Less scar tissue.

And are you using a clean needle? Keep those needles clean and do not reuse...

its scaring. a buddy of mine had the same problem with his left ass cheek after 18 weeks of eod injects. it went away though.
