Whats the exchange rate right now. And wouldn't a strong Euro result in more European purchases of American goods (i know nothing about economics, so don't attack me for my naiveness).

That would mean there are LESS goods for American Cumsumers who value them to consume.

Sorry to disagree heer Kayne, Iraq has the most oil reserves of them all...

As for finding $700 million dollars, what does that proof?
Also he did get paid in euros, convert them to dollars and has $1.1 for one euro.
