see thats the problem they say everything in moderation right .. not in america!! Like people dont just eat one slice of pizza they eat five. people harldey ever buy a cheeseburger anymore .. we buy doulbes and triples even quad stackers with bacon. granted alot of food is way bad for you but we would not wear be near as fat of a nation if we ate the same shit but ate a normal portion

Huge portions for huge people. Incidentally, it can be good for bodybuilding in a way, if the food is the right quality.

Also, the size can vary somewhat depending on what part of the country you're in — and, of course, what kind of restaurant. You want to see small servings? Some "chic" restaurants in New York, LA, San Francisco, and lots of other places., have servings so tiny they hardly qualify as a real "meal." You eat them, pay the sky-high price and still feel hungry.
