I respect Nelson opinion, but I swear I can gain nice lean muscle on a low calorie diet, primo, Fina and test; it is my basic cycle for getting lean.
Start with 90 days on/off of clen, and a lot of cardio, clean diet, and then jump in to my cycle.
Unfortunately in the last year I have had two surgeries and after each trip to the OR, it has taken 2-3 months to recover,
Which means I can’t do much in the way of training, don’t eat the way I should and put on some fat. Had surgery 8 weeks ago and will just be starting my cycle in the next couple of weeks.
I am going to skip the clen, and start with fina, deca, winny and test, eat a clean 2500-3000 calories a day, plan on lowering my BF considerably.
