doooooooode, it's not society. Compliements are exchanged between men and women on a daily basis. watch people interact, esp. on campus. Take some pointers, see how it's done, it's not that hard...your making it seem harder than it is, sometimes you just gotta jump. grow some balls and tell this chic what's up. she might feel the same way about you, she might not. If you don't act, somebody else will, leaving you with your cack in your hand...the worst that can happend is denial, that's it, no phyiscal pain or financial destruction. all this comes much later
