999 times out of 1000, that's the case.
One of the biggest myths perpetuated on the internet is that "if you're shut down it doesn't matter how much you do." WRONG.
The other myth s that all you have to do is a proper PCT, then wait the same amount of time you were on before starting up again.
WRONG. WRONG. WRONG.
Also, using the wrong compounds and even the wrong PCT will mess you up. People still believe Nolvadex restores HPTA even though there is ZERO evidence. (The fact that some doctors mistakenly prescribe it is NOT evidence that it works).
Keep cycles short. Use sane dosages. Do no more than 3 cycles a year. Avoid substances like deca and tren. Use the correct PCT. Or suffer the consequences.
You can argue to the contrary all day long but that's just the way it is.
