Why dont i know how to take it easy at the gym

Why dont i know how to take it easy at the gym, I push myself soooo hard, and i use all my mental strength to really go for the heavy weight, that i am just sooo tired and worn out for the rest of the day, and it affects the people around me. And they moan, when i just want to eat and relax and go to bed, example my date was not very happy with me thinking i was not interested because we didnt have sex last week, when i was just tired.....And needed to re-charge........

So the gym take it out of you ????
Does it affect your sex life ????

NO I mean by time i get home it is usually 8pm, i am soo tired after a long day at the office and a hard few hrs at the gym, i just to eat, relax and sleep

It doesnt mean i am not interested in sex, it just means NOT now, after the gym

Does it affect your sex life ????

On the days that I workout, I try to keep my day very low stress because I don't want to go into the gym mentally or physically tired because my workouts are brutal.. It doesn't affect my sex life... With my first wife, I went thru periods where we wouldn't have sex for nearly a month.. I was stressed because of school and I just wasn't as horny back then... I want it all the time now, even after a workout.

That is the thing, and I honestly get tired to do anything else
That is why when I go to the gym after work and the way I train, don't expect sex from me that night.
 
Also I only workout 3 days per week. Each bodypart once per week... After 30 years of working out, I switched to this method nearly 10 years ago and it works the best for me by far... 2 times a week per bodypart is overtraining for most people that lift intensely. I also do cardio 2 to 3 times per week after my workout.

Ok well yes, for 29, you are overdoing it. How many hrs a day are u working out?
 
Maybe you're overtraining? I know I used to. Also I would think it depends on how stressful your job is. I couldn't fuck for nearly a month while taking trigonometry. All those formulas in my head were stressing me the hell out.

Well i guess you and i really do go for it at the gym.
I think what i will do, is i will make sure, i have enough sleep,
and i am relaxed and not stressed and i will not the the whole ALL OR NOTHING brutal workouts i do EVERYDAY, instead i will some days just take it easy, The thing is i am a Natural bodybuilder and people who see me dont believe it because i am big and cut, it only because i know my body soo well and i know the kind of workout I need to do to get to were i am

I workout 5 days a week for 45mins each time
But it is HEAVY Intense and very very little breaks ( sometimes none)
I am in and out, and sometimes in the changing room
i am breathing sooo heavly the guys just look at me, and i need to catch my breath

My sex life is more hardcore than my workouts. When I climb off a trick, even the neighbors three doors down have their sphincter involuntarily twitch.

Amen. I live and breath it. I can't possibly go into the gym and do a set of high rep squats or leg presses if I''ve got crap on my mind or am physically exhausted. Just one set and I have to keep from yelling out in pain and I'm panting like crazy. No way I could workout like that everyday. I think it will exhaust your nervous system.

that's not too much training?!
Have you had a medical lately. Like a full medical. Blood tests etc?

Yeah i really do push myself REALLY HARD EVERYDAY
So i will switch it, one week HARD and Intense
the next week, nice and easy.
That way i am not soooo tired when i get home
Like last night i did legs and i go for it, did 9 Plates on each side for leg press and was really pushing myself sooo hard, then did squats heavy, and leg extension heavy all in 45mins, and i had to meet a friend for dinner, i begged him to carry my bag for me, because i was just dead.

Yeah i had one a few months ago and everything was fine, Blood and all.
I think also i am the kind of person, who really forces myself to push weights and need assistance but i do it on my own, since i believe half of the gym workout is physical and half is mental

Legs are the worst but my chest and back workout is brutal too as I'm sure yours is as well. I know the people around me can't be working as hard because I'm usually bent over trying to catch my breath and my upper body feels like lead.

You look great without them. That's a very difficult decision to make.

well maybe one day we can have a workout session together, you seem like my kind of guy and Like you i dont understand how people come to the gym everyday and they STILL LOOK THE SAME as they did a year ago or even 2 years ago, with me you can tell a difference within a month

Your diet/genetics are probably better. Plus you probably work out harder/have a better training routine than the avg joe lol. (just guessing from teh physique) lol

WTF??? I've never smoked a cigarette in my life..... Well once, I was 16 and drunk and don't remember doing it.
