It's just cos u have been on cycle..... it will recover..
Anyway, why not try kegels? Let me explain cos I am an expert on this!!!!
Most lame websites will describe kegels and the PC muscle. Fuck the PC muscle - it's not really a muscle at all! The writers of kegel articles just copy one another and never really explore the exact muscles concerned....
The bulbospongiosus and ischiocavernous are vitally important for erection of the penis. The muscles that almost totally give you the feelings of orgasm (in both sexes) are the bulbospongiosus and ischiocavernous and anal sphincter. Yes, like it or not the anus is involved in orgasm regardless of your sexual orientation. These 3 muscles are inter-linked and heavily innervated by the pudendal nerve. These 3 muscles are also striated voluntary muscle just like other muscles like the bicep i.e. they can be exercises and conditioned! The pudendal nerve also heavily innervates the penis glans (bell end) and perineum (bit between you ass and balls). The pudendal (latin for 'to be ashamed') nerve is most important; without it you would not be able to orgasm or feel sensation in the genitals at all. In both sexes, most of the orgasm that is experienced is the result of the bulbo, ischio, and anus pulsating 5-10 times at a frequency of about <1 HZ.
So if you want to have better orgasms and ejaculatory force you can try kegels. You can become skilled in kegels and gain the ability to exercise the anus, and the bulbospongiosus/ischio, and other local areas i.e. levator ani.. the bulbospongiosus and ischio are the best bits to exercise for ejaculatory force, erectile hardness, and increased sensation and orgasm: to identify bulbo and ischio basically get erect and concentrate on nodding it up and down; alternatively stop and start urine mid flow to identify your bulbospongiosus. So basically, you want to nod it up and down as much as you can! With practice you'll not need to be erect or urniating to locate and exercise these muscles. The best kegels are one where you hold for as long as you can and really squeeze... but you should also do them fast and slow.... just do them everyday 100-500 times or more per day e.g. 300 fast and 10-100 slow... I also think kegels exercise the pudendal nerve itself; but I am not sure; but it must be via the pudendal that you can voluntarily contract these muscles...
Do these for 2 months .... I gaurantee you'll match the distance of Peter North. Kegels don't do much for volume; only long lengthy sex sessions can build up large quentities of semen, cowper fluid, etc. Kegels will keep your bits working well into old age.......
