freeze the stuff on the shelves in some spots & not in others???? I keep the beers in one of the veggie drawers & they don't get cold but I pull my eggs out this am & they are frozen!! I keep adjusting the settings but can't seem to get it right......and I can't find the booklet that came with the thing....

There`s a vent going from the freezer to the fridge. It`s an opening , I think towards the top shelves that the air flows through from one side to the other. There may be something up with that.

I`m no fridge guy but I had a problem with the fridge not cooling enough and the airflow was blocked with ice there.

ok, then answer this....how come i have my freezer turned all the way up yet when it's 80 degrees outside, i have soft serve ice cream?

OK, I found the booklet.....maybe I just have too much stuff in there!! Or the stuff I have is too close to the vents.....I don't know....

mine wasnt cooling enough either, and something was fucked up with the freyon freezer to fridge connection bs... i kep ttelling my mom its fine but she insisted it wasnt and she was right..

so then i have 3 choices....pay for a repairman to come in and do it, tell my landlord and it'll never get done, or buy a new fridge that i can take with me when i move. seeing as how i don't have the $$$ right now, choices 1 and 3 won't get done, and #2, well, he's been told before.

when it's hot enough that i turn the AC on, however, the ice cream turns from melted goop into just harder than soft serve. and i don't set the AC lower than 76, mostly use it to kill the humidity.

My fridge is brand new, so I think I may just have it set too cold.....

Nothing in the booklet to tell me what's wrong.....

I have the same prob Jens

All the stuff on the top shelves gets frozen but if I lower the temp, the stuff onthe lower shelves is not as cool as I'd like it. I have a service warranty on that sucker but for the last year that I've had this problem I keep telling my self that I'll call next week.

The air isn't circulating propperly and you probably have it set just a little too high. Try moving the shelves around a bit and rearranging the items so the air flow isn't being constricted.
