I made some home brew and it keeps crystalizing. Its really weird to. I made 2 batches at the same time with the same recipe. I keep it in the same storage area and yet some bottles crystalize and some dont. All I do it reheat it and its fine, but it gets annoying having to heat it when I need to do some. And it will even crystalize within a day or two of reheating and then the same bottle will be fine for 2 weeks. Then it will crytalize again within a day. Whats up with that?
