cos nature has restricted me from getting bigger.
been training for years - im 242 lbs - just started juicing, two weeks in, and im hoping for 10 -=15 lbs.
ive been 242 for nearly a year and im pretty sure thats my peak - ive tried everything.
i used ti weigh 168 lbs four years ago.
im 25, NOT a pro competitor, i do it to potentially increase my size and strength.

hmmmmphhh......168 to 242 prejuice......something something smells funny here......either you are a 1. recovering cancer patient 2. a really fat fuck 3. or a really fat fucking liar not sure which......but I will have to say this if you can go from 168 to 242 without juice....then 10-15lbs should happen......oh....I don't know.......OVERNIGHT!!!!!!......

dude - i did it clean and in the period of over 4 and a half years.
why do you find it hard to beleive that i did my groundwork the hard way?
i couldve taken roids years ago - but i knew that if i didnt reach my natural potential first i would never be as big as i could be.
eat good, train hard, rest well, supplement yourself silly and always lift heavier than the guy next to you.

its wimps like you who make me laugh in the gym, its all about the dedication.
you dont want to beleive me, fine - who are you anyway? no one.
i can out bench you, out pose you and out class you.
i aint perfect, and likely never will be - but judging by your jealousy of my hard work - i will always be one step ahead of you.

feel free to PM me for any training tips.

'BRO'

thats more like it.

how old are you?
your training history?
your benching 90 more than me and you say you are 240 ish.
id say we are pretty simaler.
im 6'2.
i dont know my BF but no way is 4% - more like 15%

im hoping my sust/anadrol cycle will increase my strength and size - probably gonna get water retention from anadrol, but its only for first 20 days of cycle.
will keep you posted on how i get on.

I am 28, I currently weight 273 @ 9 % ( on my way down, show in July) I benched 595 in a meet at 272 6 years ago, I no longer compete for strength, but my best "gym bench" ie: would have been disqualified in a meet was 640.... I have been training since 16....played college ball, fell in love with powerlifting, tore my quad and decided to take a different approach, and thus began my bodybuilding career....I am 5'11", so I might be too tall....I have long muscle bellies.....and long limbs so a lot more space to fill in than the average BB.....but oh well:D

you must look massive @273 5'11

props to you.

i know a bro (online only) who claims to hold the under 25yr old benching record of 690

:goatslaye

well - its good to know your not just some young punk trying to dis my hard work.
i was an underweight 20 year old when i picked up my first weight.
nothings stopped me since - nothing better than the feeling of seeing relatives and old freinds and them saying "Damn! you got big!"
ive hit a plateau, for almost a year ive pretty much weighed the same give or take a few pounds - so now im just starting to hit the juice.
most think im juicing anyway so im actualy gonna do it and i think (im hoping) they will get a shock when i actualy do!

i know what you mean about the long limbs - what id do for chris benoits short arms!!!

right im hauling my fat hairy ass outa here.

peace.

Garrett Smith - it's an order

Yes sir.

What kind of stigma do muscleheads carry?

Stupid? Pissed off? Juiced up?

Musclehead is often preceeded by "stupid", as if being out of shape takes intelligence. People will go to any length to take advantage of the stigma and will formulate all sorts of lies that the would-be enraged steroid user has committed an act of violence / threat / intimidation.

How many times have I had to deal with people's bullshit stereotypes because I like to lift heavy?

Now that pisses me off.

Now to the nature of my initial confusion. It's not hard to find things that piss me off. It is much more challenging to find things in this world that do not piss me off, but rather bring me joy. Consequently, I find myself spending a lot of time alone.

Also, if you have ever visited Boston, you'll know that people here suck! Noone respects common social rules like : don't drive into pedestrians when the sign says "walk", et c.

Being pissed off is I try to avoid. It makes it easier for people to point the finger. It means I'm going to have problems I don't want. It means I may do something to someone and regret doing it, even though the person really deserved it. I try not to be pissed off.

So anyway, I'll try to recapitulate. This is a public discussion board. Anyone can register and post. If you want to post how pissed off you are, then do it. If you want me to stop posting, you can get your own board.

But then, now that I think about it, if my posts piss you off, I must be doing you a favor by posting. Karma for you :)
