Why do you care so much about what you look like?

just having a great physique automatically lets people know your are disciplined...this in and of itself sets us apart....usually this discipline carries through to other aspects of your life....to an observer this can speak volumes both negative and positive...this type of life style has greatly enhanced my professional life as well as socially...the people who admire this are the ones who we choose to have in our lives....that is what matters, a mutual respect....

Just forgot to say something before.

Never fall in the trap of thinking that just because you have a physically superior body to other people that you are better than them.

Seen way too many people act this way.

Bravo Fonz.

On the other side of the coin, I think a lot of bodybuilders actually draw attention to themselves, then complain about it. You don't HAVE to bring your own food to a barbeque. You don't HAVE to eat a can of tuna fish in a movie theater. You don't HAVE to wear a skin tight T shirt everywhere you go.

Just this afternoon I did an infrequent trrip to a tanning salon and when the machine didn't go on I had to step back into the lobby. I didn't feel like getting all dressed again, but didn't want to look like I was showing off, so I put on my pants and threw a towel over my shoulder and sure enough, someone in the waiting area made a roid remark. All I'm on is 100 mgs a week of HRT so I took it as a compliment!

I think everyone should work toward the goal that makes them happy. If you want to be muscular, expect a good reaction and some jealous ones. If you want to be a freak, expect to be treated like one. And enjoy it. If it bothers you, maybe you should reconsider your goals.

This coming from a kid who's never done a cycle.

Trust me, things are different when people think you are on steroids and say that directly to you or, to other people etc. It's something that you don't want to advertise but people form their own conclusions anyway. it can't cost certain people their job, their friends....
its not easy if you fall into that category

I dont kno if you kno what I meant but some people will discourage you from hardwork etc and look at you different and those are the people you need to ignore and keep doing your thing sometimes if thats whats good for you

sorry though i'm obviusly not as cool as you since I havent done a cycle

Definitely true, and some almost everyone is smarter at something in some areas. I don't care if you're nuclear physicist, if you dont know how to tune your car, for that skill, the auto mechanic with a high school education is smarter than you!

I notice this as a musician all the time. So many guys are trying to be better than the next guy. But when you're REALLY a pro, you realize there's no "better" than anyone else. After a certain level has been acheived different people are just good at different things and everyone has their own style and that's what makes life interesting.

actually no matter how strong you are in any department on has to ask them selves, i f they they are strong

"then what, and then what?"

the fundamntal question is if your strong what is the purpose of your strength?

answer that.................

;)

not you Fonz I mean everyone:angel:

I started training to look and feel good about myself and knew with hard work I could achieve this, The more I have learned the more dedicated and disiplined I have become and my whole lifestyle and outlook have changed for the better. Sure I get the why this and why that from my mother but she doesnt understand.

I wouldnt say I have had any negative reactions from people but then Im not huge, But sure people notice especially women. Women are allways trying to cop a feel of my arms and if your walking down the steet youll catch them looking at your chest, Which means you can have a sly look at theirs lol.

I feel more confident and physically look better than your average jo, But Im no brain surgeon and I dont pretend to be. Choosing this lifestyle is easy all you need is the commitment.
