i was pregnant a few months ago for a short time, and can't tell you how not happy i was about the thought.

i'm so done having kids.

i found out i was pregnant at the same time i found out i lost it, so the feelings were mixed and short lived.

You know, I find it interesting that some mothers on the board are wished well while others are wished slow, horrible deaths even though by all measures that are sane and logical all of the mothers only have their children's best interest at heart and none have ever harmed any one.

my kids were dissapointed. they wanted another sibling, which i find amazing because of course it would mean less attention and everything for them. of course, my sons were a little freaked at the thought that I still "do it".

i'm really open with my kids (but appropriate), so my sons are always telling me to go 'get busy' in the brother or sister department.

if my door is locked in my room, they knock and ask if they can come in or are we busy making siblings.

of course, i always say "OH come IN. i was sleeping!!" just after I scramble to get under the covers.
