I lift to be the best i can be.I'm only gonna live once.I have one body.I have to live in it.I want it to be the best.I want to outrun, outlift, outclimb OUTPERFORM everyone else on the planet from NOW until the day I die.
Throughout all of lifes many twist and turns. All the hardships and all the joy.I'm always gonna be there working out.Life wouldn't be complete if i wasn't in shape.I'm not going to be slovenly like the rest of the world.I'll never be content with what I've acheived in life.I'm out there pushing hard all the time.I'm gonna die some old man on hormore replacement therapy.Probably doing heavy squats or deadlifts.
Sure quality women are always a good reason for working out.eventually most of us get married, have kids blah blah.I wouldn't be a man if i said it wasn't part of my reason for working out,but a small part it is indeed.
exact words of max intensity-
also, the confidence gained thru training carries over into everything else in your life.
If I didn't train, what else is there? Time consumed with spending more $$, eating junk, watching tv- wastes.
If you don't take care of the body you live inside of, what do you take care of??
None of the above,
Its a hobbie for me,rather than sit watchin tv or smokin' weed like my other friends(that are all unhappy with how they look)
and damn...you will get way more girls!!!
1. i enjoy the challenge
2. get pussy
3. enjoy the strange looks i get with a tank top on. ( i hide my body most of the time)
4. learn new and more efficient ways to change my body
5. become master of my own physiology
6. gain experience in many forms of training to take that to my clients and say that i actually have experience.
7. get pussy
8. eat a bit more freely knowing i can "fix" anything i may do.
9. get pussy
10. meet a nice girl who trains hard just like me ....and get her pussy.
hehehehe.
alright overkill on the ass part, but the gym is full of pussy.
I like knowing that I am working hard for something. There's a sense of confidence and self worth that comes with that. I like the pain, seriously. It feels good, the day after working yoru chest, its so sore you can't flex it. It makes you feel like you've really done something. I like seeing myself progress, knowing that I was a big wimp, and now...i'm not so much a wimp...and soon i'll be noticably bigger than most guys my age.
Plus, its a journey. When you wake up in the morning, you have no pump, you got a fresh zit, you feel like you will never get bigger, you just have to smile, and realize that, if you never started lifting, you would never be able to feel what you now feel. It's just part of the journey, grin and bear it, look at the big picture.
I lift for a couple of reasons. First because I was all fat and tired of it, I wanted to be huge and people look at me amazed, I wanted to win every natural contest I could, and to get some pussy.
