Feel the need to wear so much perfume/ cologne they smell like they bathed in it.

I just got back from the gym and this woman had so much perfume on, you could still smell it 5 minutes after she left.
Guys do the same thing, and all I get out of being around them is a headache.

I don't think there is anything wrong with a little perfume/cologne, but I will agree with you and say that some people just put WAY too much on.

I don't see the need to where it to the gym, though...that's flat out ridiculous.

My wife is very allergic to perfume and I am to a certain degree. She is a school teacher and specifically asks her students not to wear perfume into her class although they still do for spite. If she gets a whiff of perfume her throat begins to close and she becomes stopped up and her eyes start to swell and water and she breaks out in a rash and gets a severe headache. I've seen her exposed to perfume and it will knock her out for three solid days. She ends up having to go to the doctor and get a shot. It's really horrible what she goes through when she is exposed to this. People need to be more considerate to others. She never really had this problem before until they started coming out with all these new perfumes. My two daughters are allergic to perfume also. It must be something new in the ingredients of perfumes.

I hate that too. Do what I do. Just walk up to them and start coughing uncontrollably.

I have asthma, so I just just whip out my inhaler, drop to my knees, and start wheezing and turning purple.

They usually get the hint.

With men, it's always Polo. With women, it's always something nasty like Chanel #5 - something expensive but GROSS.

btw i wear crabtree and evelyn freesia or my new fave, bcbg metro. awesome soft scents.

perfume doesn't last on me and i don't tend to wear much, since it's only for me and those licking my various bodyparts to get turned on by

My grandma is the WORST she wears Charlie or some other such drugstore wonder, and the woman must go through a whole bottle every week. My son once walked up to her and said, "Great Grandma, you SMELL!"
