Why do orals cause back pumps?

That's my question. What is it about oral AAS that cause back pumps either worse or more often than injects? I got them for the 1st time last cycle, and man do they suck hardcore. I'm coming up on my all oral cycle, and forgot about them. Anyway, just curious why orals create this more than anything else, and what can be done to prevent it (taurine...water..bananas?)!

Which oral bro? D-Bol, Anadrol are the only two that cause this off of the top of my head.

I have had bad back pumps from heavy doses of test as well, I believe it to be a multi-faceted problem. Obviously, your RBC count is up, and also, you are holding more water weight. So with more weight on a muscle that is being strained almost constantly and with increased blood volume, the back pumps are going to occur.

Best way to counter act this is watch sodium, take an AI and drink plenty of water.

Anadrol never gave me back pumps.

And D-bol never gave me back pumps. But I believe the problem not to be specific to any certain substance, but rather a summation of uncontrolled factors.

I get that in My tri's and Lats...it stops my work out, but feels so damn good, Like my shirts going to rip off, LOL !

I don't call them "back pumps" either. I call them "Fuck me in the ass with a hot poker."

Dbol crippled my ass pretty bad last cycle. I needed to back her down a bit because it took literally 10 minutes between squat sets of me rolling around on the floor to fix my back. I found that drinking a shit-ton of water seemed to help some.

LOL!!! Water, Potassium, and L-Taurine helps a lot. Lower dose for a while then try and work back up. Backs pumps are just part of taking oral AAS

anavar will mess you up bad..

I mean to the point where you can't complete a set in the gym without stopping to stretch..

lowered dose.. takes about 1.3-3 days to get back to normal again.. then ramp back up..

forget about sports..

T-bol is the only oral ever to give me that problem. I'm sure it was actually kidney pains tho. I could hardly even move to do anything. I drank 100% cranberry juice and stopped taking the T-bol and the pain was gone in 2 days.

takes time for the effect to take hold.. keep salt low.. and hydration high..

just lowering the dose will take care of the issue..

you know you aren't drinking enough when you fake orgasm because your lower back hurts..

Tbol also causes my back pumps but as said only at high mgs , var is more pump than the same back pump for me .
Lots of water and taurine helps me .
Brad.

Where do you guys buy straight up taurine? I've never seen it sold in and of itself, but then again I probably have and just didn't care about it.

As with all of this every gear..Everyone is differant. Var does not give me
back pumps at all, Nor does Halo. Tbol and Dbol do if I gi too high..

I get bad back pumps on any steroid, but only on squat day. But the worst are the calf pumps. I walk 2 bocks and my calves burn so bad it feels like they're gonna explode.

Moral of the story boys:

Stick to sticking ... as in injectables. Don't really need any orals AAS.
Just run Prop or Ace. It starts to work within days. And NO back pumps!
