Hello All,
I've had slight knee problems over the years, but with careful training I have had a very active life. I am now 29 years old. I don't know why, but I've found that my knees "give way" sometimes when I skip now. I am going very well, when suddenly one of my knees bends for no reason (like folding a book). Its not a case of having any pain, its just a case of my knees giving way. I never have any problems doing weights or in the boxing ring with this.
Is there anything I can do exercise wise, or even with wraps/supports while I skip?
