S Sammy Sosa New member Dec 18, 2003 #3 Tendonitis, I've had the same thing before. Since your upper back cant rotate because of the bench, it puts alot of stress on the biceps. Take a week or two off to recoup and start throwing in some hammer curls in your routine.
