Why coffee is worse than tea?

We hear all the time that coffee is bad for one's health because of the caffeine and so on, but if tea is also rich in caffeine, why it is not deemed as bad?

The difference is that tea will provide a more stable level of caffeine, since unlike coffee it has no teobromine. Also, there is less caffeine in there, so you end up having a more stable intake of caffeine, without the opposite effect of teobromine .However, coffee is also rather good for health – when it is taken in moderation. So if you don't go into excesses, you will be fine with both things.

Because there's more research and publicity. They need better PR! :D

And how much would be a moderate amount of coffee to drink? Considering that I would drink grain coffee...

An 8oz cup of coffee has around 85mg of caffeine. The thing is...no one drinks an 8oz cup. More like a 20oz cup.

I would stick with one 8oz cup of coffee per day. If you really like coffee, drink decaf after that. Decaf can be drank unlimited.
