According to the post legend on the bottom, anmything more then 15 replies or 75 views gives a red hot folder. So where is it?

Its there bro, damn its not fair, my post got 10 replies and so has urs, but u've got 101 views where as mine has 121 and mine is not a red folder and urs is!!!! DAMN
