I just started my cycle a week ago and it seems like my damn love handles are growing mad. I just started to do cardio for 20minutes following my workout every day religiously. Grant my diet isn't the best but it's better than before I started and I wasn't gaining weight then. What gives? I'm going to add an hour jog at night since I workout in the early afternoon. I just started to take nolv. at 20/day to try and combat the estrogen spike if that’s what’s causing it. I have liquidex on the way that I'm going to start ASAP as well. I'm on 600/mg TT Cyp and 450mg/TT Deca. I’m 25 and this is my third cycle with test and second with deca. No problems ever with gyno.
