Why am I so tired?

I'm on a gram of test and fina 100mg ed and I'm in on my 4th week and up about 12lbs. All of a sudden I don't have any energy and fall asleep all the time.
Here are a few supps I'm taking,, would these have an efect on why I'm tired? I just started taking them the past week.

Saw Palmetto 4x a day
s-ala 1000mg plit before meals
vitex
Vit-C
b-12
Creatine, just started this week.
Milk Thisile

It seems like one of these is to blaim since I wasn't tired before I started taking all the supps.

Stop taking ala and see if it changes. Or take the ala with more carbs. Or next time u feel tired and headachey drink a coke. If that helps it's probably ur blood glucose screwing with u.

You nailed it. The only negative side effect I have seen with ALA. But I still love it.

Maybe you should reduce it to 250mg or 500 mg split.

Whats your age because iv heard alot of older bro,s (over30 ) complain that fina makes them tired..
I myself am on 50 mg ed and tired all the time ,was not what I expected from the stuff , don't get me wrong put on alot of weight in the last 3 weeks but breathing is hard ,and i sweat like crazy at the slightest exertion ..
going to finish my first bottle of spectro tren and then go to eq , It works better for me and have lots of energy on the stuff

Hempster just described my symptoms to a tee. I'm on fina ONLY. I will be sitting there and just fall asleep. I was just telling my wife how it seems harder to breath too. .02$ from a newbie anyway.
