Summertime is here and I busted my ass for the past 4 months dieting my ass off and training hard. The weather has sucked and my training and dieting seems to be correlated with this. I keep with my diet during the week and usually have one chet day on the wknd. (This was swoles diet that worked great for me). However, I have been stressed as hell at work and have been going nuts on my cheat day and even have 2 sometimes. I dont notice a difference in weight or anything but feel like all my hard work can be negated by this. Anyone experience this after extreme lenghts of dieting?
