I was at work and my truck was parked in the company lot, just like any other day. I had some camping gear in the back of my truck (truckbed), sometime on Friday my boss takes all of it because he somehow thought the maintenance people for the property were going to steal it (they are there all the time). So he takes my shit and I have no idea where it went all weekend and on Monday he gives it back to me and explains how he thought it was going to get stolen. Am I over reacting or should I go straight to the fucking CEO about this shit?

Hell yeah you should go to the CEO about that shit. Why did your boss have to wait until Monday to give it back? He can't pat you on the shoulder in the office and go "hey superdave, I took the shit out of your truck cuz we have thieving maintenance people... go get it in my office when you get off" but no... let's take superdave's shit home instead and go camping and return some cumstained sleeping bags.

I dont think so, instead of there being a very small chance of someone stealing my shit, my boss actually stole it himself because it was gone the whole fucking weekend. Doesnt matter if he told me monday or not.
