I dunno man. Maybe. Kaz went from being nice to everyone to how he was in that picture...in zero seconds flat. Man...I was just so happy to meet the man and look at his face in the picture compared to mine. I was really let down.

I actually went from 154 to a little over 300. I had gained a bit of weight for those first "pre" photos. I'm at about 280 right now and fairly lean.

Qualifying for the WSM? Probably never...lol. As of right now I will be competing in May with some of the biggest names in the sport though. Savickas, Svend, Lotta, Murmerts, etc....

It seems as though those guys didn't bother with WSM last year. I watched most of the qualifiers and kept seeing Mariusz, Pope, Marunde but none other of the big names from the previous years except Virtanen.

Do you have any info on this? Some political split maybe?

They stuck with their IFSA contracts and IFSA lost their contract with the World's Strongest Man. The WSM happened this year but all the top guys (IFSA) were not there. They had their own WSM in Canada and I hear that it was freaking awesome.

Remember that the WSM is a TV show first...
