Bush wants CIA to be able to interrogate as they see fit during this time of war on terrorism. Powell says America is losing it's moral high ground on the fight against terrorism.

actually, it's Bush, rebublicans and democrats all arguing over it.

I'm not exactly sure what my position is at this point. I mean, McCain was a POW for 6 yrs and he's against Bush on this one. Powell and other former Military personnel also. hard to argue with that. they've been there.
