I went into my old Gold's for the first time in six months today. They had just gotten in a brand new hospital quality scale. I weighed in at 276.

I hadn't worked out there in so long, but damn it felt good to be back in there again. I'm re-upping my membership this coming month. I've know the owner since I was nineteen and he likes guys like me for the image of his gym. He'll give me a pretty good deal.
