Jim Talent (R) just conceded... so its 49-49.

Webb (D) has the margin over Allen (R) and there almost no votes left to be counted.

And Tester (D) leads Burns (R) with just 65% of the votes, but a 4% lead.

that is what I thought, the balance of power remains the same, so the House of Rep. is basically useless.
