Seriously. I was messing around on Ebay and have found both used and new bras with cups in that size range.

J cups are entirely possibly with large women...needing a band size of 38 or more. But a 34J? That is almost inconceivable. Consider that the famous ultra big bust models sport cups ranging from DD to H. Almost modest sizes compared to a J.

That doesn't sound too out of touch with reality... my only remark is that a 34 band size is pretty big, so it's probably a measurement that reflects someone who is a bit overweight. I'm a pretty tall girl (5'9") with average-large bone structure and my ribcage band size is only 31. I'm one of the "add five" people.
