I might be interested in your offer I've got a fitness show the end of June, so that will be good timing! Stats were as of 2 weeks ago:

Height: 6'0"
Weight: 215 lbs (empty stomach in the morning)
Bodyfat As of 2 weeks ago 15%, not sure right now. Started dieting 2 weeks ago.

Satch, Im thinking about cutting down around August.

Im looking to be around 240+ around 15% at 5'9.5", then cut down to single digits. Interested in a later contest?

VektorK39, when are you thinking of doing this? Looks like I'll probably be doing this either in June or August, most likely August as that's when the 2nd comp. is. And Sweed, I can't remember the name of the competition right now, it's just a local one here in Alabama, the BodyTech classic. There's another larger one here also that I might do, can't remember that name either lol, have to ask my friend who did them last year what it's called!
