I have the same problem as themachine01...the dreaded bum shoulder. Mine is so bad I can't do ANY upper body at all. Pain 24/7, etc. I do some "careful" arms one day a week and that's it. My legs, abs, and calves are getting lots of extra work these days.

Injuries do suck, but I guess after 25 years of this shit, something else was bound to give, besides the degenerative disk in the spine/lower back. They got worn down about 7 or 8 years ago.

Hey Sweed, the comp. I'm thinking about may get moved to late august or so, and there's another comp. end of august I'm planning on.. I can hold my shape decently till september probably. Let's ROCK!!
