just like a bbing show... have some "relaxed" poses. for a prejudging, then have all, or most of all of the poses.

like the challenge bro...but i am 7 weeks out from my show...timing a little off....but when the time comes around...will think about it....
my stats as of yesterday 6'1 219 lbs 8.2% BF with 191/2 in arms cold....and a 31 in waiste right now.....
