I then allow for up to 2 hours for face to face meetings before prep for the gym,

after the gym i refeed

if anyone needs to meet i'll make this time available..

pick up the kid at 5pm or so..

dinner with the wife and boy..a movie, and save a life or 2 if the need arises..

try to make it to bed by 10pm

that's pretty much it.. exciting no??

except on friday.. friday is fun day..

no gym, eat like crap, take the wife to the mall for sushi drinks and drunk shopping..
