who tries to stay lean year around?

staying lean all year will help you live ALOT longer.
The roller coaster of adding weight and losing weight over the years will kill ya.
 
Just eat right all year round make it your lifestyle. Also TRAIN all year round and exercise ALL YEAR ROUND. If you compete then you know the risks of the YO YO
PLAN. All the gaining and losing takes it toll on your Heart more than you know.
It's what you don't see that you need to worry about.
Keep your cycles REALISTIC if you're not competing and if you are as long as you
know the consequences of your actions then more power to ya.
I just don't feel that 10 years of competing is worth looking 60 when you're 40.

'splain. Are you talking about the CV issues associated with excess fat consumption during bulking, or something else.
 
Honestly, unless you are big and strong, abs and being lean means nothing...take a look at the drunk on the street corner, he's got a tight ass 8 pack.....being skinny and having abs doesn't mean jack in my book......when your bench is around 300lbs and you are squatin 405 for reps with a 6 pack, now you got something going.....
