Ive seen numerous references and mentionings of him, but Ive never seen him here, so who the hell is he?

How can you not have seen him here? He's been back multiple times, and was here when you registered.

Most recent incarnation that I can remember was Lumbuss.

Sometimes he's funny, but it seems like more often than not he just relishes in taking cheap and offensive shots at people.
