Who eats like a monster late night? Sucks, but that's when I'm the most hungry... my appetite SUCKS during the day, so I guess I'm ok due to be calorie deficient........:o

My first cycle I ate anything I wanted anytime of the day - I'd put away two cheeseburgers at 2 am just to get a ton of calories in.

Fattest I've been since I started lifting, but I was strong as shit.


Now I try not to eat past 6-8pm unless I'm forced to train at night, I'll take a PW Shake whenever.
 
I think you can "slam" sensibly and not put on bf.....agreed? Maybe some peanuts and veggies or a protein bar and shake? Eh boss?
 
My appetite is terrible, i can eat all day (even have a big meal 1/2 hour before bed) and still wake up at 4 in the morning starving - its driving me bonkers

When I saw the title I think you where asking who using IV rec drugs!

I know what you mean. I always wake up mid way through the night with hunger pangs. I scarff down some food and go back to sleep. Sometime a turkey sandwich works great. Mmmmm...tryptophan :D

Paulos - nice quote. I agree it has def claimed a few victums.

i should probarbly get out of bed and have some food, but im too lazy! , knowing ive got to get out of bed in another hour.

that's what i thought too! i couldn't believe somone would start a post about slamming meth.
 
When I was bulking naturally, I used to eat late, real late. I would sometimes start at like 10pm and not finish till after midnight. It took a long time to put down like 2lbs of meat.
 
If you lift at night you should be slamming food at night. You should get at least two meals in after a weight training session. Once liquid and one whole food. Each meal should be similar in macronutritional breakdown as well.

These people who lift at night and abide by the the no carbs after 6PM bullshit are merely wasting the energy they just spent in the gym. Your body doesn't know what time it is... it wants nutrients after training and lots of them. 2 to 1 ratio of carbs to protein... keep the fats low in these meals. The other time of the day, protein and fats and fibrous carbs should be enough to keep nitrogen positive.
