I was looking thru the ads one day for a jeep,called them it was a repro the bank had it, i asked were there any decals or stuff on it the loan officer said it was in the warehouse he would go and call me back,15min the phone rang heres what he said G******its black with tan interior & carpet,it has Warn locking hubs,chrome sidepipes(Cyclones)headers,V-8,4bblcarb-cam and i'm not sure this tells you anything its a CJ5 with a big bird on the hood with Golden Eagle beside it,I hollered hold it -i'm on the way it was less than a yrs old the bank wanted the loan value paid off...1979 Golden Eagle 8,000 miles on it amt to pay off 5,200.00
When i arrived another couple was squabbling over it,since i had called i got first choice..its a beauty and today only has 45000 miles on it!!!!

I have an old scout. smell like shit inside, but fun to wheel around in the fall. it is a mid 70's I think. maybe a 76?? don't know, it is still in Illinois. Ugly fucker as well. two tone, the top is white, lower half is a mint-faded green.
