Who loves to workout?

I use a gym that my company provides. I usually really enjoy it, but some days are really tough and it just kicks my ass.

I do a lot of exercises, here are the ones I do most.

Bench Press
Squats
Deadlifts
Pull ups
Shoulder Press
Seated Row
Shrugs
Curls (for girls)
Skull Crusher

Will never stop. I had one of my best workouts ever today. I don't think I've ever been that pumped and my adrenaline was flowing and I was growling like an animal on the last few reps of each set (I do this during sex also). My workouts are as intense as ever and I get an incredible high from them. I love the comments too. I don't like doing aerobic activity after a great workout because you lose the pump, but gotta do the aerobics.

what's your heaviest weights lifted?

Love working out most of the time (we all have our "off" days) Did shoulders today and fortunately it was an "on" day:

DB Lateral Raises
Cable Lateral Raises
High cable rear delt (my invention I think)
Bent over DB lateral
Front raises
Smith machine shoulder press

I only work each body part once per week.

Me too. They get hit indirectly from the other workouts anyway. This has worked for me now for several years and my strength and size continues to increase.

Do you have your own personal home gym biteme?

Yes, but I rarely use it. Just doesn't feel right getting insane and all psyched up at home. This is a place for rest and relaxation.

If you're ever this way and need a place to get a workout, give me a shout.

i work out at home mostly but find that i am more productive at the gym. starting a new job in june and there is a really nice gym near work that i am going to join

I'm the opposite of all youse guys. I love to work out at home. Have always worked out alone. I go to the gym for a Yoga/Tai Chi/Pilates class, & for cardio when the weather is inclement.
Legs & shoulders yesterday. Back & arms tomorrow.

I wish I had the ability to work out at home on some bodyparts - shoulders is one of them because I feel like I perform some of the exercises quite awkward - embarassing.
