LMFAO!!!! Hurl after a few bites?! Are you serious! Me likey! But tell me more! What are the sides? I don't want to use it everyday. Only on weekdays. I take my diet very seriously Mon-Fri. I don't give a rats ass on the weekends. If I don't take it Sat and Sun...can I eat what I want Sat and Sun? Need more info....but quick. Time is flying by and I can't stop eating everything I see.

A real dumb question here. Why do you not want to eat? Eating in moderation I would think would be better than not at all.
 
Have you tried Zantrex? They sell it at GNC. I've never used it, but there was an interesting article about it a few months back in the New Yorker magazine, of all places. The article was fairly balanced, and gave Zantrex a good write-up, and said it works. I don't know what's in it, though.
 
willpower...self control. if you starve yourself now youll end up gaining all the weight back and more later when you start eating again (and you'll gain it back as fat). Eat smaller meals more often throughout the day, and reduce your overal caloric intake. Believe me your stomach will adapt to getting less food. Eat the greens and fibers with some protein, with minimal carbs. You DO want to stay healthy (now) dont you?
 
What do you guys think I do now? I eat 7 meals a day. Low glycemic foods. Tons of Fiber. Drink tons of water. Just hungry...that's all. I want to suppress it that way I only eat what I'm supposed to! I can eat even with a suppress appetite. It ain't easy, but I can do it quite well.

I didn't experience any sides other than the fact that when I went off, I was fucking ravenous. That's likely to happen to you, too. Come Monday morning, you'll be eating everything that's not nailed down.
 
anavar.. that would be an expensive supressant. LOL
