You ever drank Yerba Mate?..it is like a tea...doesn't crank you up like coffee but still has a Xanthine mild stimulant property to it and helps suppress my appetite. I can drink it in the evening and still get to sleep at night with no problems. Hope this helps you out.

the only ones i can think of are those expanders taht you eat, then they swell up in your stomach to make you feel full. forgot the name though. make sure you dont buy an osmotic laxative accidentally lol

ok then take 10-15 mgs of synephrine, its not a true stim


take 10-15 before every meal

thats more than enough
