LOL ladies and thanks I am blushing and that don't happen very often.
Who am I? I was a regular poster to the board like a year ago and before but ended up taking some time away from my training and hence the board due to well, sometime there is just more important shit to deal with. I still did enough to maintain what I had achieved but am just now heading down the path of really meeting my goals. As you have probably read I have a history of ED but after I got that in control my weight sprialed upward to over 200# - thanks to this board I was able to take of 60# of it and pack on some muscle. I am now working on putting on some more mass and will then go to Cutting HELL in late spring.

I can't tell you how damn good it feels to be back! Oh, and I have very thick skin (no comments Lobo) so if you ever feel I am out of line on anything I want you to slap me back in place as I tend to be a little zealous at times.

God I hope I get this posted before Lobo gets the chance to take a crack at it.....

There is such an incredible wealth of knowledge on this board - just like the rest of you I am here to learn. I can answer some basic gear questions, very basic diet and training stuff but that's about it. The thing that never ceases to amaze me is that this board is like family and the family just gets bigger and bigger all the time (figuratively and literally).

Spats - if you're reading this I think you just saved me a whole lot of time with that cycleing the carbs while bulking think - Thanks!!

Oh, and everyone, please drop the 01 part of my handle, Temple got a little carried away with preference editing a year or so ago and sent herself into the great cyber abyss and had to reincarnate herself as Temple01.
