I don't know. The skin and muscle structure look womanly to me. I first saw this picture the other day when I was kind of cracked out from lack of sleep and it kind of scared me.

Bros, this is some scary shit but I'm postive that IS indeed a female along with the rest of the freaks on that same website. I did some digging, here are a few more:
