IMO and for me having more money is > than having less money.

I recently have had the opp to make more and have a taste of a much larger disposable income and I:

- have found that spending more on everything from haircuts to food ups the enjoyment factor

- I can afford to be much more generous now. I like to give huge tips, to good charity (soon) and lend to friends (carefully)

- Money = freedom

Most can do more good and have more fun with more money. Many can be happy w/o it but it is strongly preferable to have more for most.

Matt is probably one of the smartest people I have ever meet. How many former infantry officers do you know that are right hands to a CEO of a company that deals with fortune 500 companies on a daliy bases?

I agree with about of 80% of "Matt"
I suspect large amounts of his,and I"ll admit,"well thought out" diatribes on this board are for the most part "given" to him by his teacher
which counts too,for we all have to learn from a source
be it a "teacher" or our own proactive pursuit of knowledge be it from books and/or experieces
culling objectively as I can from Matt's own admissions
he got lucky to be close/involved with a guy with the "right idea" at the time
e.g. "this business started in a garage"
me thinks the person with the idea would have been just as successful having met Matt or not.

I know the answer -- I've had 2 A-list movie stars peruse this forum while crashing at my pad after guitar lessons. And their net worth was easily in the mega millions. But i won't list names, cuz i hate to be known as a name-dropper, so don't even ask!
